La Mia Casa

This custom home was designed by architect Rich Young the interiors by designers, Donna Poseley and Alice Tremble. The owners of this oceanfront house and cottage wanted a modern home with natural elements. From the great room disappearing doors open to the pool and breezeway. The breezeway is under roof but open air and connects the great room to the dining room. River rocks collected from the vicinity, border the glass panels inside and out. Hand cut coral embellish the walls and pool shower. The estate is situated on a cliff, giving every room in the house and cottage an ocean view that provides a constant source of entertainment.
